Welcome to Dot & Co.—where we aim to delight, deliver, and never spill the cordial. Here’s the fine print (in plain speak).

Ordering

• All prices are in AUD and include GST (if applicable).
• Once you place an order, we’ll send a confirmation faster than Dot can grab her clipboard.
• Orders are subject to availability—we try to keep things accurate, but occasionally a kaftan might vanish mid-scroll.

Shipping

• We pack every order with care, confetti, and a soft splash of eucalyptus.
• Shipping times and costs vary—estimates are shown at checkout.
• We'll do our best to dispatch within 2–3 business days. If there’s a delay, we’ll email you quicker than Kev can rehang a door.

Payment

• Payments are securely processed using trusted payment gateways.
• We accept most major cards and do not store any payment details on our site.

Returns & Refunds

• If something arrives broken or not quite right, let us know within 14 days.
• We’ll offer a refund or exchange where applicable—just return the item unused and in original condition.
• Change of mind? We may offer store credit. (We’re kind, but not a bottomless sponge tin.)

• Your details are kept private and only used to process your order or contact you with updates.

• Please don’t reproduce anything without permission—Dot’s watching, and she has a laminator.
