Where We Ship

We currently deliver within Australia (with Glub-ly ambitions beyond).
If you're local to Hervey Bay, pickup is FREE—just pop the kettle on and wait for our email.

 

When We Ship

Because many of our pieces are custom made or created in small batches—like sponge, good things take time—dispatch times can vary.

But here’s what you can expect:

• We’ll keep you updated throughout the process
• You'll receive friendly emails when your order is being prepared and when it leaves our Emporium
• And if you ever have questions, we're just an email away at dot@dotandco.com.au
