Something Not Quite Right?

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to Emporium standards, don’t worry—we’ll fix it.
Please contact us at dot@dotandco.com.au within 14 days of receiving your item.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A photo, if helpful (Kev loves visual aids)

We’ll arrange a refund, replacement or store credit—whichever suits you best.

 

Change of Mind?

We get it—sometimes what felt like a must-have during tea turns out to be a maybe.
If your item is unused and in its original condition and packaging, send us an email within 14 days and we’ll chat about a return.

  • You’ll need to cover return shipping.
  • We’ll issue store credit once it arrives safe and sound.
  • Sorry, we can’t accept returns on:
  • Custom orders
  • Limited-edition, handmade, or perishable items
  • Anything used, washed, or loved a little too much

Please remember many Dot & Co. items are handmade or one-off, so slight variations are part of the charm. We don’t do factory finishes—we do personality.
