All purchases of photographic prints — framed, unframed, and textile-based — are final. Because each piece is custom‑made, I am unable to offer exchanges or refunds for a change of mind. In rare or extenuating circumstances, I will always do my best to find a compassionate solution.
If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving it by emailing hello@shereesweeney.com.au 
Please include a photo of the damage so I can assist you promptly.
